Description

Save DC is 10 + spell level + charisma modifier + evocation focus effects.
Description on the debuff says: You have been ensnared by a magical iron chain. Your movement speed is dramatically reduced, and your attack speed is slowed by 50%. You have a -2 to your AC and Reflex Saves and cannot tumble.
