Description: Though typed as Fire Reavers, Claws of Velah act rather more like Flesh Renders, as they have no fire resistance and attack only with their claws (although they are still vulnerable to cold damage.) Claws respawn periodically in groups of two until Velah is killed. Oddly, they appear in both the Flesh Render and Fire Reaver Monster Manuals.

Velah's Mark

This is a severe debuff that lowers your reflex save by 30 and causes you to take double damage from fire attacks. Though the claws themselves deal no fire damage, Velah certainly does.
