Confounding Enchantment
Effect: "The shifting nature of the magic that enchants this belt makes the effects hard to determine."
- Adds a random +1 exceptional bonus to a stat (Ring only)
- Every time you re-equip the ring you get different bonus, thus you can keep doing that till you get what you want
