Base price modifier: +7
Effect: This random loot weapon suffix grants the following enchantments:
- Weakening - Hits by this weapon deal 1 point of Strength damage.
- Enfeebling - Critical hits by this weapon deal an extra 1d6 points of Strength damage.
- Maladroit - Hits by this weapon deal 1 point of Dexterity damage.
- Bone Breaking - Critical hits by this weapon deal an extra 1d6 points of Dexterity damage.
And one of the following:
- Exceptional Combat Mastery +5 - Grants a +5 exceptional bonus to all combat feat DCs.
- Stunning +10 This property grants a bonus to the DC to resist the character's Stunning Blow and Stunning Fist attemps. Attacks also have a 3% chance to stun mobs that fail a DC 33 Fortitude Save.
- Vertigo +10 - This property grants a bonus to the DC to resist the character's Trip and Improved Trip attempts.
- Shatter +10 - This property grants a bonus to the DC to resist the character's Sunder and Improved Sunder attempts.
- Tendon Slice 10% - Inflicts a hamstring like effect (-50% movement speed, and stacks with hamstring) on a target on a successful proc for a very short duration (~10 seconds)
Notes: This is a blue level suffix. (The items border will be blue, and the item will be BtC on equip)
