Elemental Surge
This effect is found on the Wand of Blasting and its legendary version.
This effect will produce a 10d6 random ranged fire, electric, acid, or cold attack, with a range and Area of Effect similar to Fireball. It deals about as much damage as a Fireball at base level. If the blast hits multiple enemies, each will take a random type of damage.
