Description: Elite Orthon Defenders are much more powerful versions of Orthons encountered in The Shroud raid. Despite their name, they are also encountered on non-elite difficulties. Though, even on normal, they are as powerful as the Elite versions you will encounter in the highest level elite 6 man quests.

They have ~1200 hp on normal which renders Vorpal weapons less effective. Far more on hard/elite.
