Description
This allows a Character to exchange one feat for another feat at no cost (also the 3-day timer does not apply). Feats are exchanged by a more-or-less friendly Mindflayer (Fred) in House Jorasco.
Notes
The token is awarded upon completion of Hall of the Mark once per life. Although it's called a "token", it is a temporary Feat, not an item that would appear in your inventory. This Feat Respec Token is temporary and will be removed with any TR. It is recommended to only do this quest just before you want to make a feat change.
You can acquire this at early levels, but you may wish to save it until later levels, when swapping to a new feat would cost more in dragonshards.
