Feeds Off Madness
Effect: This item greedily feeds off the aura of madness related to certain Xoriat effects. The more of these the wearer is affected by, the stronger the item will become.
Adds these effects if certain items are equipped when the Bracelet of Madness is equipped. Bug: Effects added when sets are equipped remain active if the other items are removed:
- Spell Penetration II
Spell Penetration II: Passive: +2 Equipment bonus to Spell Penetration checks. if Trace of Madness upgraded armor is equipped first. - Potency +52Potency +52: Passive: +52 Equipment bonus to each Spell Power. if Polycurse Dagger or Trace of Madness upgraded armor is equipped and Sustaining Symbiont is not equipped first. Sustaining Symbiont can be equipped after the Bracelet of Madness and this effect will remain.
