Base price modifier: +4
Effect: This random loot weapon prefix makes the weapon bound to character on equip and grants the following enchantments:
- Force Burst - +1d6 force damage on hit; critical hits deal an additional 1d10 force damage for a weapon with a x2 critical multiplier, 2d10 for a x3 critical multiplier and 3d10 for a x4 critical multiplier.
- Telekinetic - Targets that suffer a critical hit from a telekinetic weapon must make a DC 17 trip save or be knocked down. The trip otherwise lasts 30 seconds and allows a recurring balance check to get up every 2 seconds.
