If you try to talk to her while at level 8 or lower, she will reply:

• Hazra d'Kundarak: I hope those golems arrive soon. We've a lot of work to do around the ward and a few sturdy constructs to do the heavy lifting will speed it up immeasurably.

If you are at level 9 or higher, however, she will reply:

• Hazra d'Kundarak: Thank you for responding to my mail. We're having problems with a contractor and you might be able to help us. He's a fellow dwarf by the name of Phineas Hayward....
• You: Uh-oh... Why does this sound familiar?
• Hazra d'Kundarak: I understand his reputation as a bit of an eccentric, but he's a brilliant artificer and up until now, we've had good relationships. But House Kundarak ordered a dozen golems from him weeks ago and up until recently, there was no cause for alarm. Then he sent us a message asking for help. He seemed to be in distress.
• You: It's always something with that guy. Don't worry, I'll go investigate. (Bestow quest)

Talking to her after acquiring the quest, but before completion, will make she say:

• Hazra d'Kundarak: Haywire said his new base of operations was deep inside the Black Anvil Forest. There's a fissure in the hillside where he's set up shop. I hear he works with the dark dwarves there, trading his skills for raw materials. A tricky situation to be sure. The duergar are untrustworthy and ill-mannered.

On completion of quest, she will congratulate you with the following:

After completing the quest and taking the reward, if you talk to her again, she will reply:
