Description	Any arcane caster can activate this Rod to remove the deleterious effects of Madstone. This rod will crumble into dust when the final charge is used.
Tips	This item cannot be fed to sentient jewels. Official description is wrong. This rod does not remove Madstone rage. What it does: Clears any and all tiers of the Stormreavers Charge, this includes both deleterious (negative) and positive effects of the charge. So you will lose the spell point regeneration, health bonus, knockdown immunity, etc. It also removes the new madstone attraction de-buff. Due to this it's generally not worth using. Since if your character is too weak to survive the negative effects of the charges, you should simply stay away from the Stormreaver and easily avoid them in the first place.
