Notes	There is almost no situation where it's worth it to wear the Nullcloth Gown. In fact, even if it didn't impose a spell failure penalty, the benefits of energy resist 10 and SR 20 are barely attractive. Contrary to some mis-conceptions, the 15% spell failure applies only to spells cast by you, not enemy spells targeted at you.
