Description An unusual garment that wraps magical energy around it, offering the wearer a great deal of magical resistance. Unfortunately, it also hinders all spellcasting. Even Divine casters can have their spells fail while wearing this robe.
Notes

There is almost no situation where it's worth it to wear the Nullcloth Gown. In fact, even if it didn't impose a spell failure penalty, the benefits of energy resist 10 and SR 20 are barely attractive. Contrary to some mis-conceptions, the 15% spell failure applies only to spells cast by you, not enemy spells targeted at you.
