If you try to talk to her while at level 16 or lower, she will reply:

• Lena d'Cannith: we have a security emergency inside the Manufactury right now. I can't stop to talk to every bystander!

If you are at level 17 or higher, however, she will reply:

• Lena d'Cannith: <name>, House Cannith could use someone like you about now! We have a difficult situation on our hands.
• Lena d'Cannith: As you know, the Lord of Blades attacked our Manufactury and his men have infiltrated the entire complex.
• Lena d'Cannith: The make matters worse we have some rogue House Cannith elements to worry about. They're followers of Toven d'Cannith, who used to be in charge of the manufactury until this whole Lord of Blades debacle.
• Lena d'Cannith: Both factions are loose in the Manufactury, getting into what are supposed to be highly secret areas. We need to lock them out of those locations. To do that we need someone like you to bring us the master Manufactury Plans.
  • You: Tell me where I need to go and what I need to do.
    • Lena d'Cannith: The schematics are kept in a highly secure location. The best way to get at them is the head to the Syrania Conduit Cloor inside the Cannith Manufactury. Then try to make your way to the schematics through the conduit.
    • Lena d'Cannith: Expect resistance from both the Lord of Blades fanatics and Toven's followers. Be sure to keep your wits about you at all times!
      • You: I'll find the Syrania Conduit Floor inside the Manufactury and retrieve your schematics! (Bestow quest)
  • You: Manufactury Plans? Surely you must have copies?
    • Lena d'Cannith: Of course we have copies. However, there's only one copy of the master Manufactury Plans that contains the security overrides that allow us to control various security gates throughout the complex.
    • Lena d'Cannith: This master copy is stored in a highly secure location. The problem is, that highly secure location is now swarming with Lord of Blades troops and Toven's followers. we need an adventurer to go get the schematics for us.
    • You: Why not just go get the schematics yourself? What do you need an adventurer for?
    • Lena d'Cannith: Sending in House Cannith officers would be problematic. The followers of The Lord of Blades would kill them on sight, and due to the recent political turmoil here in the ward dealing with toven's followers would be ... difficult.
    • Lena d'Cannith: Independent adventurers can operate more freely, without putting House Cannith's good name at risk. Who knows, you might even figure out a way to sweet-talk your way past some of them!
      • You: Tell me where I need to go and what I need to do. (See above)

Talking to her after acquiring the quest, but before completion, will make she say:

• Lena d'Cannith: Head to the Syrania Conduit Floor inside the Manufactury and get me those schematics!

On completion of quest, she will congratulate you with the following:

• Lena d'Cannith: You've done well. With the master schematics we can now monitor the activities of both Toven and the Lord of Blades. I'll pass on the information to the higher-ups so that they can formulate a plan to take back the Manufactury.
• Lena d'Cannith: Take this, you deserve it!

After completing the quest and taking the reward, if you talk to her again, she will reply:

• Lena d'Cannith: Just the person I was looking for. Interested in heading into the Manufactury and getting me those schematics?
