Master of Magic
Master of Magic is the Wizard Capstone Enhancement. It is generally considered to be quite powerful. Partly because of this, and partly due to Caster Level mechanics, pure Wizard builds with this enhancement are popular.
Wizard Master of Magic[edit]
- Usage: Passive
- Cost: 2 action points
- Progression: 74 action points
- No Requirements
- Available to Wizard class level 20
- Grants +2 Intelligence and all metamagics you possess cost 1 fewer spell points to use. (Heighten Spell costs 1 fewer spell points per level of heightening.)
