This effect stacks!), Soul Drain (Cursed wound icon): Your soul has heard the call of an early grave. Your wounds cannot be healed by normal means.

Description: Nurse Ratchet is a Frost Beholder, therefore she does not possess an antimagic cone. After receiving a certain amount of damage, she'll do a minor teleport inside the room, quickly followed by an energy blast that does an increasing amount of damage based on how low her HP is. To avoid this attack, simply run out of the way as the DM suggests ("Run! It's casting something nasty!"). Consider this a "hit & run" fight.
