After talking to Baudry Cartamon: "When you returned to Baudry Cartamon, he was livid that Hazadill managed to turn the tables. While you were attacking Hazadill's warehouse, Hazadill's minions stole a container from Baudry's warehouse - a precious container belonging to one of the Coin Lords! You must get that container back. Speak to Harmon Taft again, who is still loitering outside Hazadill's Shipping Warehouse."

To get the Conquest bonus, you may have to backtrack and kill a few re-spawned kobolds; check the spots where the bugbears show up, as those seem to be respawn points, do this Before you pick up the stolen chest.
Keep your eyes open for the random chest. It can spawn in several locations, including behind or in between the unbreakable crates in the pit area (after where you have to use the lever to open the gate).
Occasionally, one of the named bugbears may spawn (but not re-spawn) when you backtrack.
Some levers cause rares to spawn, so using both entrance levers doubles your chance for the rare.
Churnak may appear in the western room past the first ladder room.
Kharnos may appear in the room right before the final room. It appears that opening either set of doors to this room has a chance to spawn him.
Garzad may appear in the room west of the second four-way junction.
Hurleb may appear in the room right before the shrine.
