- actually not speculation - (executive producer) Severlin stated this during a livestream event. (Was Hosted by Cordovan, and was a round table about Update 32 and Cannith Crafting, with several other devs. been searching for the specifics, but so far no joy. However, it is a quasi quote from Severlin.

{{Speculation}}works on DDOwiki. The purpose is if it is not on live servers, then it is speculation - even if dev/EP confirmed and technically even if seen on Lamannia. There have been things that made it to Lamannia that never made it to live and never will (and occasionally even things that make it to live that are never completed or broken to a point where they're not going to happen (and these things get marked as bugs)). I should probably update{{Lamannia}}to be clear that everything on Lamannia is also speculation. I'll do that after work today or tomorrow.
