Added a note to Kinetic Bond, since it wasn't clear to me whether the damage procced on one attack every 3/2/1 seconds, or one enemy every 3/2/1 seconds. Tested using several cleaves, force damage only ever hit one enemy at a time.
Did not test using other methods of hitting multiple enemies with one attack, e.g., Tempest's Dance of Death, or Improved Precise Shot (Kinetic Bond does not specify melee attacks). Gemini166 (Contribs • Message • Email) 16:13, August 21, 2016 (EDT)
