The Devils have attacked Stormreach's arcane tavern in their search for something called the Transfinite Compass. Travel to the Portable Hole and try to stop the fiends from destroying the pub's pocket dimension.

Quest boss starts in the middle of the area, protected by a force field.
Clear the 4 small shopkeeper booths (two upstairs and two downstairs). Talk to the wizard in each to lower the force field.
Attack Fortis until he retreats behind force field once again.
Kill ~4 waves of reinforcements until Fortis becomes vulnerable again
Kill Fortis.
