Location: House Jorasco Enclave, in the far western area of the enclave. He is standing alone on a tiny island in a pond, due north of the Marketplace gate.

If you try to talk to him while at level 3 or lower, he will reply:

• Thaddeus d'Jorasco: Crazy weather out, huh?

If you are at level 4 or higher, however, he will reply:

• Thaddeus d'Jorasco: Hello there. My name is Thaddeus d'Jorasco. I'm an investigator for House Jorasco. We have suspicions about one of our residents, a Moonshadow Lightfoot. We believe he has been visiting the graveyard at night and stealing bodies. What's worse, we believe he's also been dabbling in the black arts of necromancy.
• You: That's terrible. Is there something I can do?
• Thaddeus d'Jorasco: I have other duties that are keeping me from checking on this. If you can visit his house and check in, find out if the rumors are true, I would be very grateful.
• You: We shall go at once. (Bestow quest)

Talking to him after acquiring the quest, but before completion, will make him say:

• Thaddeus d'Jorasco: Moonshadow's house is not far from here.

On completion of quest, he will congratulate you with the following:

• Thaddeus d'Jorasco: So he really was robbing graves at night and then raising the corpses. Well, I'm glad you stopped him, you have the thanks of House Jorasco.

After completing the quest and take the reward, if you talk to him again, he will reply:

• Thaddeus d'Jorasco: Hello again, friends, thank you again. House Jorasco owes you a debt.
