Components: SomaticIcon tooltip.pngSomatic: A somatic component is a measured and precise movement of the hand. You cannot cast spells that require this component if you cannot move causing arcane spell failure resulting in a ruined spell. Spells without a somatic component may be used with disregard to Arcane Spell Failure chance. Note - that characters make the same arm gestures for most spells in DDO, so you can't tell which spells require this component by watching your character's animations.

Description

You expend your body's ability to heal to fuel a burst of determination. You gain 15 temporary hit points per caster level, and +5 damage, but your positive damage vulnerability becomes 0%, preventing healing. You are also immune to fear, enchantment, sleep, energy drain, paralysis, exhaustion and death effects, though any effects already active remain unchanged. Lasts 15 seconds. Valid form: Dire bear

Tips: The preventative healing effect of this spell is actually greatly detrimental for a bear druid unless your build majorly relies on survival from temporary hit points.
