Effect: This random loot weapon prefix grants the following enchantments:
- Icy Burst - This weapon is sheathed in icy cold. A frost weapon deals an extra 1d6 of cold damage on a successful hit. In addition, critical hits deal an additional 1d10 cold damage per critical multiplier above x1
- Freezing Ice - This Weapon stores the pitiless immovable power of the ice deep within. When this weapon is used, this power occasionally comes to the surface, attempting to freeze an enemy solid and encase them in ice.
Notes: Items with this effect are Bind to Character on Equip. This effect is no longer available via Cannith Crafting after the U32 update.
