Effect: This weapon is imbued with unfathomable arcane energies. On an attack roll of 20 which is confirmed as a critical hit this energy will be released, inflicting 15d6 force damage to the target and all other enemies near it. A successful reflex save (DC 39) reduces this damage by half.
