awesomium_process.exe is an add-on program that DDO uses for the DDO store and other things. The current version of awesomium_process.exe is loaded several times into memory. Therefore, it might be preferable to kill/end the process to clear up your memory. The game functions fine without it and it will reload it automatically whenever it needs to (like if you open the DDO store again).
To kill the process go to your Windows task manager or open a command prompt and type:
taskkill /F /IM awesomium_process.exe /T
