• Derek Grospic: You'd better have a reason for approaching me, commoner. I'm incrdibly busy with the whole Delera affair going on.

    • Derek Grospic: Hah! Assistance from you? Hmmm... very well. Let's see what you can do. I am Derek Grospic, a - ahhh - representative of the Coin Lords. I'm in charge of the Parks and Gardens, which includes Delera's Tomb... the site of my current headache.
      • You: Delera's Tomb?
        • Derek Grospic: Have you lived your whole life under a rock, stranger? Delera Omaren was a very powerful woman in Stormreach. Later in life she became the city's benefactor, the closest thing we had to a saint. Before she died she ordered the construction of a mausoleum where the city's poor could be buried for free. She herself was buried there.

      • You: Spare me the details. What do you want me to do?
        • Derek Grospic: My current problem is that people have been going missing inside the tomb. A whole funeral procession went in and never came back just a few days ago! I'm not going to lie to you, stranger... it's a dangerous situation. If you feel up for it though, have a look around. I'll reward you handsomely if you come up with any information.

Talking to him after acquiring the quest, but before completion, will make he say:

• Derek Grospic: No news yet then? This situation worries me deeply.

On completion of quest, he will tell you with the following:

• Derek Grospic: You're back! Did you find any clues?
  • You: Yes. We found a note left behind by a party from the Church of the Silver Flame. They believe someone's using foul magic to bring back Delera's spirit and enslave her.
    • Derek Grospic: Foul magic? Spirits? I don't have time for this! Here, take this advance. You are now an employee of the Parks and Gardens Administration! We, fortunately, have a representative of the Church here in the graveyard. Look for Colam; He's overseeing a funeral service. Get to the bottom of this and I'll arrange for a reward for you. (Advance quest)
  • You: Sorry. No information yet. (Walk away)

After advancing the quest, if you talk to him again, he will reply:

• Derek Grospic: Oh, you again. Come back when this whole affair is figured out. I'll give you a generous reward.

After completing the quest The Missing Party, when you talk to him again, he will reply:

• Derek Grospic: Come back when you get everything straightened out with Colam.

After completing the quest Free Delera, he will reply:

• Derek Grospic: So, you got some good news for me? Is it all taken care of?
• You: Well, not quite. Delera's spirit is free, but now she's haunting your graveyard. She keeps mentioning Hargo Kimmare.
• Derek Grospic: Still haunting? What am I supposed to do with that? Bah... leave it to an adventurer to do something halfway. At any rate, that Hargo guy is a real tough cookie. After completing the Delera's Tomb arc, talking to him will give you this response:

• Derek Grospic: Good seeing you. Unfortunately I'm a little busy at the moment.

After finishing the Return to Delera's Tomb arc, he will congratulate you:

• Derek Grospic: Well done! Well done, I say. Now I can get some much needed sleep...because before you know it, someone's grandfather is going to rise from his grave and who are they going to call in the middle of the night? Me.
