Bestowal conditions

• This quest is available to characters Level 8 or higher.

Objectives

• Simply talk to Phinnian Barkbow, standing not far from the base of the stairs leading from the Waterworks up toward the Market gate.
• Once you have 25 Outsider Tokens, return to Phinnian and trade them for your chosen reward (see below).

Complete Journal text

First, seek out Guard Branson in the Stormreach Harbor to help with stopping the Xorians. Once that's done, return to Phinnian Barkbow with 25 Outsider Tokens as proof, and you shall be rewarded.

Tips and Misc

• Phinnian directs you to speak to Guard Branson, who gives the Invaders! quest; however, there are many other locations to find and kill a Xorian outsider leader, which also has a small chance to drop an Outsider Token.
  • Outsider Tokens are Bound to Character on AcquireBound to Character on Acquire: This item is Bound to Character on Acquire ingredients that sometimes drop when Xoriat leaders are killed, and in the end chest of the quest Invaders!.
• There is no XP for this quest, only a trade-in for reward.
• This quest can only be completed once per life, i.e. you can only get one reward until you reincarnate and run the quest again. Choose your reward accordingly.

Loot

You can turn in 25 Outsider Tokens to Phinnian Barkbow in the Harbor to claim a reward from the following list. This quest flag is non-repeatable (once per life).
