Description	This magical device, found in Eveningstar's hospital, seems to somehow have been altered by the magical plague afflicting the villagers. When worn by an Artificer capable of channeling energy through it, it infects them with a benign version of the disease, temporarily toughening their skin for as long as the rune arm is worn.
Notes	This is one of the few rune arms in game that does not Bind on Acquire, and may be found in the Auction House and other vendors. Others are Archaic Device, The Turmoil Within, Strinati's Hand Cannon, and Hand of the Tombs.
