Description:Fires a missile of acid that corrodes your enemies. At higher charge levels multiple projectiles are fired in a spray. Opponents struck by a projectile receive a Fortitude save for half damage.

Description This magical device, found in Eveningstar's hospital, seems to somehow have been altered by the magical plague afflicting the villagers. When worn by an Artificer capable of channeling energy through it, it infects them with a benign version of the disease, temporarily toughening their skin for as long as the rune arm is worn.
