Lawful Outsider type
Lawful Outsiders are a sub category of Outsider (beings that often behave as an essence found in their point of origin) featuring monsters that are Lawful.
Some of these beings were originally of another state or type before they attained a higher or lower state of existence.

Also, a Monk that achieves Level 20 is treated as a Lawful Outsider for damage reduction purposes.
(No monsters in the game currently have the type Lawful Outsider, but for the purpose of weapons with Lawful Outsider Bane, any monster with the Outsider type and a Lawful alignment is a Lawful Outsider.)
