In-game description

Monsters in Legendary game content receive an automatic buff that allows them to ignore/heal some effects.

Official: This monster is Legendary, and warded against certain effects, such as percentage damage.

Implications:

  • The most notable change compared to Epic Ward is that monsters are also protected against Mortal Fear.
  • Legendary Ward also applies on Normal difficulty.
