They said, "There's a monster in the basement." Then they ran into that Abandoned House.
But surely that's not possible!
- You: Slow down. Who was that ran into this Abandoned House?
- Magdelena the Curious: Oh yes. There were two children, a boy and a girl. A bit pale, a bit thin, but otherwise they seemed perfectly fit.
They came up to me, pointed at the house, and said very solemnly, "There's a monster in the basement."
Then they scampered over there right into a house no one seen the inside of for more than a century!
It's very strange. I do hope they're all right.- You: I'll see if I can find out what happened to those children. [Quest Bestowed]
- Magdelena the Curious: Oh yes. There were two children, a boy and a girl. A bit pale, a bit thin, but otherwise they seemed perfectly fit.

- Magdelena the Curious: That house they ran into - no one has lived there in years. Not for longer than I've been alive... and that's long indeed, my child.
- You: Now it's my turn - that's not possible! An abandoned house that old would have collapsed long ago.
- Magdelena the Curious: Oy yes, it should have collapsed. That's perfectly true.
But nonetheless, that house looks as sound as it did when I was a girl. It's as if the owners just stepped out for a moment or two.- You: So who ran into the Abandoned House?
- Magdelena the Curious: Oh yes. There were two children, a boy and a girl... (above).
