Special Qualities: Deathblock, Incorporeal, Floating, Teleport, inflicts healing debuff

Habitat: 


Description: Plague Reaper has an area-of-effect melee attack which inflicts a powerful healing debuff lasting several seconds. Trying to heal the person hit by the plague reaper is useless.

Note: Players affected by the healing debuff incur an approximately 97% reduction to incoming healing. Whilst healing affected players through normal means may be ineffective, certain, powerful heals such as Unyielding Sovereignty can still prove useful.
