Description
A single word of power is uttered, causing your target to become Blinded. Creatures are Blinded for at least 6+6d4 seconds, and players are Blinded for at least 4+1d6 seconds. Creatures with more than 100,000 Hit Points are unaffected by Power Word: Blind.
