Habitats: 

• Delirium — You must fight him if you lose the drinking contest.
• Acute Delirium — Optional fight after you force him to vomit and return to his normal size.

Description:

• In Delirium you need to lose the drinking contest in order to fight him and a group of Beholder Boozers.
• In Acute Delirium you can kill him for optional XP once you retrieve Belashyrra's Scepter from his gut.
