If you try to talk to her while at level 2 or lower, she will reply:

Raddha Cross: I'm too busy to talk right now. This necropolis presents a dire threat to Stormreach and I must consult my superiors.

If you are at level 3 or higher, however, she will reply:

Raddha Cross: A shambling abomination haunts the tomb, an eternal guardian in service to the vampire. Go now, and do not delay. with every hour the Heretical Path is closer to completion.
- You: I will do as you ask. (Bestow quest)
- You: Shambling abomination? That sounds like a job for someone who's not me. Good luck with, ah... that. (Walk away)

Talking to her after acquiring the quest, but before completion, will make she say:

Raddha Cross: we cannot proceed while Henenu still walks. Return to the Tomb of Sanguine Heart and finish what you started.

On completion of quest, she will congratulate you with the following:

Raddha Cross: Has judgement been passed on the defilers?
You: Henenu's seal has fallen.
Raddha Cross: Ash to ash, dust to dust. The undead guardian is no more, putting us one step closer to Salasso. You must speak to the Emerald Claw now to explore the tombs further.
You: Understood.

After completing the quest and taking the reward, if you talk to her again, she will reply:

Raddha Cross: Ash to ash, dust to dust. The undead guardian is no more, putting us one step closer to Salasso.
