Description	The scarab's possessor gains 20 spell resistance. The scarab absorbs energy-draining attacks, death effects and negative energy effects. Upon absorbing 12 such attacks, the scarab turns to powder and is destroyed.
Tips	This item cannot be fed to sentient jewels. Destroyed upon losing it's final charge. Very useful for low level characters, as it has no minimum level and SR20 is very effective in level 1-5 quests. This Scarab is also a useful one-shot protector for characters from most beholder effects who must endure attacks from more than one of these magic-robbing Outsiders in quests such as Invaders! and The Jungle of Khyber.
