- Shir Clowenks d'Phiarlan: Speaking for House Phiarlan, I welcome you. The House is always on the lookout for such resourceful people as you.
- You: Is there something I can do for House Phiarlan?
- Shir Clowenks d'Phiarlan: A local smuggler named Osgood is planning to ship a certain Artifact out of Stormreach.
- Shir Clowenks d'Phiarlan: House Phiarlan would prefer to take the artifact into our protective custody. Will you sneak into Osgood's Basement near the Leaky Dinghy here in the Harbor, and retrieve the Artifact for us?
- You: I will see it done. (Bestow quest)
- You: Can you tell me a little more about House Phiarlan?
- Shir Clowenks d'Phiarlan: We are one of the great Dragonmarked houses of Eberron! The Dragonmark manifests itself on the gifted members of House Phiarlan, and gives us great skill with entertainment and artistry.
- Shir Clowenks d'Phiarlan: If you need to relax and escape from the toils of the adventurous life, you should visit the Phiarlan Enclave here in Stormreach. You can travel there by walking through the Marketplace.
- You: Do you need help with anything at the moment? (see above)
- You: Is there something I can do for House Phiarlan?
Talking to him after acquiring the quest, but before completion, will make he say:
- Shir Clowenks d'Phiarlan: Osgood's Basement is not far from here. Head out of the Leaky Dinghy, and take a right. You'll find it at the base of the ramp up to the rest of the Harbor.
On completion of quest, he will congratulate you with the following:
- Shir Clowenks d'Phiarlan: Excellent work, <name> -- you have deprived Osgood of his ill-gotten loot. Your service to Phiarlan will not be forgotten.
- You: It was my pleasure to work with your House.
After completing the quest and taking the reward, if you talk to him again, he will reply:
- Shir Clowenks d'Phiarlan: You have done well. Keep our dealings discreet, and you may find House Phiarlan a worthy ally in your future endeavours, <name>.
