Several advanced character options provide instant "starter equipment" for new characters. New Veteran I and Veteran II characters receive a Level 4 or 7 (as appropriate) gear package based on their class (or player's choice if multi-classed), and new Iconic characters receive their own specific Level 15 gear package.
This gear is usually, but not always, Bound to Character.

Iconic Starter Equipment[edit]
Iconics only start at Level 15, and so always come with their own equipment. This gear is usually slanted towards their starting/default class, but can often be (at least partially) useful to other classes. See the specific individual Iconic Race articles for more information.
