Durations that need updating

[DDO:EU Release Notes] from Aug 2009 say this and some other spells changed to "24 seconds plus 6 seconds per caster level". Divine Power and Divine Favor were 2 on that list that seemed to be out of date on the wiki, so I've updated them. Not sure if this and a few others are incorrect as well. This is the list to check. I'll be checking these in-game if I can and updating as-needed. Any help on the list is appreciated.    Bladesworn Transformation - already says 24s + 6s per CL
   Divine Favor - updated, needs verification in-game. One report put FVS 20 at 2m12s (doesn't match the 24s + 6s per CL)
   Flare - no idea what this is
   Focusing Chant - might need updating, says 36s + 6s per CL
   Angelskin - might need updating, says 6s per CL
   Divine Power - updated, needs verification in-game. One report put FVS 20 at 2m24s (would match the 24s + 6s per CL)
   Feather Fall - might need updating, says 30s
   Sleep (spell) - might need updating, says 20 seconds + 2 seconds per caster level
   Resistance (spell) - probably needs updating, says 1 minute
   Ray of Enfeeblement - might need updating, says 24 seconds plus 6 seconds per caster levels
   Doom - might need updating, says 1 minute per caster level
   Bane (spell) - might need updating, says 24 seconds +6 seconds per caster level
   Crushing Despair - might need updating, says 6 seconds per Caster level
   Ray of Exhaustion - might need updating, says 60 seconds+6 seconds per caster level

Checked some.. FF done. DF, Ray of enf and Bane should be ok, Sleep was updated U9 tho might need a test to verify, last i checked it was still buggy. Tested ray of exhaust other day, tho didnt note duration, think 24 +6s per cl sounds right.

Really i've been going thru spells semi randomly when im bored. Seems like around 95% of them have errors in duration or range at the minimum, if not more. Too much of our info was just copied from pnp and never verified. Range in particular anywhere it lists XX feet + XX per caster levle is obvious wrong because range never varies in ddo with CL. For the most part, 99% of those spells should just be updated to [[Spell#Range|Standard]] .. Getting bored of doing em myself.. maybe should try to figure out a way to make the template do that.

Just check the spell history for my entries with checked/update, those are pretty much the only ones recently tested (least post U9 where almost everything was changed).. I list the update number too to make it easier to tell if it might be been updated since then.
