Talk:Haste

I corrected the "Official ingame description (incorrect)" section to reflect the actual text displayed on mouse-over of the buff. The spell mouse-over text is very close, only lacking the 32% movement speed text.

It is possible that this is the actual effect given, and that the "Official ingame description (incorrect)" can be removed. The only differences remaining are the claim that the spell provides a 22% enhancement bonus to Ranged attack speed, and that the +1 to attack rolls is untyped rather than an enhancement bonus. Ranged benefit[edit]

There seems to be a debate over whether the +22% to ranged speed is still granted by haste. Or whether it has been dropped down to the same +15% granted to melee, and then returned at some point back to +22%. This thread on the DDO forums, beginning at the linked post, has the discussion. I've left the latest edit alone, which removed the +22% ranged bonus, because I do not know which position is correct. I just thought that some kind of caveat was warranted for those who might be wondering why the change was made, since the last editor did not include any description text.
