Regarding Undead Shock/Undead Chill[edit]
It probably is not a bug that the spell which in itself does double damage to undead (Sunburst) maintains that with these enhancements. In fact it should be doing quad damage to players without it, the enhancement is only meant to negate the -100% light absorb you receive for taking an undead form.
