It appears the helplessness effect has returned as of U9. Can someone confirm the 50% bonus to damage?
- Checked, no bonus damage on paralyze weapon effect. Neouni 11:28, April 29, 2011 (EDT)

No longer appearing on generic items.[edit]
Cannot be found on any new randomly generated weapons. Must be in effect already half a year or so. There was a major overhaul when they also adjusted weapon base prices, around the first half of the year 2012. Apparently this effect is not generated anymore since then.
