Talk:The King's Forest
A lot of the encounters have special rules or multiple results (Hunter's Feast, Save the Villager, etc) and it would be nice to have a short description of each. However, I worry that adding it to this page would clutter up the King's Forest page pretty badly, but adding individual pages for each seems overkill, since a lot of them are just "kill the bad guys, get reward". I see three options - add short descriptions here to the ones that need it, create short pages for each one, or create a page for each collection of 8 encounters and describe them all in detail on those collection pages. - Perhaps you can put those little notes for each one that needs it into a {{Long popup|...|...}}? Just an idea...

- Hello, i´m new to the wiki and hope that this is the right location for my post, i didn´t want to edit the page directly. - I found a rare encounter in the king´s forest which is missing on the page, it is called "The Wrath of the Dryads" and takes place in front of the cave near message number 7. It´s probably for the druids, but i don´t know for sure because after killing three dryads and their trees nothing else happened, but it wasn´t finished either, perhaps it is bugged, a partymember assumed that they were dead before the encounter had effectively started. The King's Forest map image on the wiki is much darker than the in-game map, making it harder to discern detail. Is there any way to get a better/updated image? How are these maps obtained, anyway? ctlarson (Contributions • Message) 23:11, August 13, 2012 (EDT)
Hello,
just wanted to say: Did invest days in the Kings Forest, as I really like the design. Still have only seen 36/40 rare encounters and failed to fulfill the "Free the War Wizard". In addition to the two still unknown, the "One Wolf-man pack" and the "Wrath of the Dryad" never showed up.
