okay, so now its official its not like one thing drop from one location this time. what we do then? well i think we now has to have a table for it.

something like this has to be done but what im having a hard time is how do we categorize locations. there are obvious ones, such as p1 & 2 end chests and named mob chests but other than that, "random" chests are tough to know which ones which.
- in part 1, it seems some red named chests drop named items and base weapons but some are plain "renown box".
- not too sure about this, maybe i am mistaken, i dont know which ones are Wand of a Wonder chests neither.
- part 1 earth temple chest - doesnt drop any?
- part 1 fire temple chest - same as earth?
- part 1 end chest - drops base weapons, never seen any named items
- rouge gimmick chests - both in part 1 and part 2, surrounded by cultists and pressure plate traps, locked. drops Wand of a Wonder too.
- part 2 entrance area, black chests are always associated to a Ogre named, and they seems to be "renown box" always.
- part 2 entrance shrine room, corner-of-the-room chest. always spawn, always locked, always "renown box"
- part 2 Senshock, Hendrik and center pyramid chest - always drops Yellow Mushrooms, seems to have a good chance of named items, do these share the same loot table or specific one have specific named items associated?
- elemental nodes dragons and giants
- elemental nodes - sometimes random chests are placed on the way, sometimes locked, sometimes not locked, some of these seems to be Wand of a Wonder chest also.
- elemental nodes end-of-the-part chests - best source for base armor/robe/docent, i think.
- part 2 end chest
- small chests - both in part 1 and 2
- ones just placed randomly and no mobs or anything around it - drops Rusty Mushroom
- ones placed together with buffing altar (they are rather overpowered btw) - Rusty
- ones in part 2 elemental nodes, mostly with NPC rescue optional, sometimes just chests - Yellow
yea the list gets lengthy but any input would be appreciated here. --yoko5000 (Contributions • Message) 02:52, April 28, 2015 (EDT)
Maybe we should start by listing the chests and our experiences with them, as you did in the second half of your post. Then later perhaps do the first half. For the chests, we should eventually also figure out, which can drop rare mushroom. I agree with your assessment of chests, except perhaps the phrase "good chance of named items" - I'd simply skip good, because it ain't good. Some additional chests I encountered:
- part 1 Gargoyle Colossus (always there) - renown box?
- part 1 Harpy Matriach (always there) - renown box?
- part 2 random locked chest, left wing entrance area, DC 26 heroic elite (or less), dropped rusty gilled shrooms, wand, craftable kama
Also, we know that Mushroom Cap can only drop in the end chest of part II. --Cru121 (Contributions • Message) 06:16, April 28, 2015 (EDT)
