Location: The Cerulean Hills, inside the orc's prison
Description: Talloak, farmer, has been imprisoned by the orcs invading the Cerulean Hills. He used to help till the land directly outside the southeast Harbor gate with the other farmers. Now, he can be found in the orc's prison but it may take a few runs to get him to spawn. Freeing him awards rare encounter experience.
The Cerulean Hills[edit]
- Talloak Stoutfield: Thank Arawai you found me. I was out tending the farms and the next thing I knew a bag was over my head and I was being dragged away. The orcs had told us to leave, but I never thought they'd go this far.
- You: You're safe now, there's nothing to fear.
- Talloak Stoutfield: I thank you my friend. They may be fearsome but I love my land. Nothing could convince me to leave.
- You: Good for you. Just make sure you watch over your shoulder next time. (completes Rare Encounter and causes Talloak to disappear)
