Complete set of Tome pages

To obtain the quest and a Tome:Binding talk to Bilk Howland at the Upper Necropolis, The Necropolis. You must be at least level 10.
Gather the 8 different Tome Pages and turn in a completed Tome to Bilk Howland to receive a weapon from the reward list.
Update 13: All chests in the Orchard of the Macabre that had a chance to drop Sigil Frame pieces, Tattered Tapestries, Tome of Untold Legends pages, or Shield of Legend fragments now have a chance to drop any of the above. If a chest previously had a specific Sigil piece, Tome page, or Shield fragment associated with it, that chest will remain the best source for that particular item. However, these items can now drop from any of the above chests.

Tome: Legend II (icon:II) drops most frequently at Cholthulzz chest.
Tome: Legend III (icon:III) drops most frequently at Mentau chest.
Tome: Legend IV (icon:IV) drops most frequently at High Priest of Vol.
Tome: Legend V (icon:V) drops most frequently at Mentau and Cinnis chest.
Tome: Legend VI (icon:VI) drops most frequently at Cholthulzz and High Priest of Vol chest.

Turn in a completed Tome (8 pieces) to Bilk Howland and receive a weapon from the list (ML 14, Bound to Character on AcquireBound to Character on Acquire: This item is Bound to Character on Acquire). Most weapons have increased base dice (W), and all weapons have a Weapon dice multiplier of 1.5[W].
