Unbalancing
Effect: Anything that melee attacks a character with an Unbalancing item has a chance (10%) to be pulled off balance giving them a -2 penalty to their AC.

Notes:
- Despite the description, the attack must score a hit that does damage for the effect to trigger. The debuff lasts for 20 seconds. If triggered a second time on the same foe, the effects do not stack but the timer will reset to 20 seconds.
