Welcome![edit]

May I extend my warmest welcomes and offer you any help you may need? Thanks for your contributions, mate!
...First, you may want to check out our FAQ page.
...There's a wealth of wiki documentation on the Help page, perhaps some of it may be of use to you.
...Before you upload your screenshots, which we really appreciate, please read our file naming policy.
...With the wiki's most recent update from version 1.19 to 1.23, we now have many new features and abilities.
...There's a really good Introduction over on Wikipedia also, it should help you figure out what's going on if your new to wikis in general.
...Don't forget to change your DDOwiki user preferences.
...We pride ourselves on providing the best and most accurate information possible and are happy to reward our editors with extra privileges for making that happen. The first step in the promotion ladder turns off the CAPTCHA edit tests and you can check out the details Here.

If you need help with something above and beyond what the links above can provide...

...Someone is most always available! You can drop me a message on my user talk page (which I watch like a hawk), grab my other contact info on my user page, or ask one of the users on the list of 18 Administrators.
...Be sure to check out our live chat on the Discord chat server for DDOwiki or if you're more old school (and patient) you can try our IRC chat channel!
Again, welcome to the wiki - and I can't thank you enough on behalf of the community for your help in making us the best DDO site around Cool Face.

Quest list pages[edit]

Thank you for your recent contributions to the "Quest list by" pages! I'll encourage you to not work on that right now as all of that content will be replaced by a dynamic DPL query in the near future as part of a quest/item/monster page overhaul that's been in the works on the wiki for some time. Instead, I'd encourage you to add details to the quest/monster/item pages themselves. Thanks for your contributions and happy editing! ShoeMaker (Contribs • Message) 07:14, April 4, 2017 (EDT)

SR[edit]

Thank you for your comment in the Spell resistance needs to be reorganized section of the SR talk page. It would be great if you could go through and make updates there to more accurately represent the current state of SR. DDOwiki has a very limited pool of editors doing a vast number of editing tasks and it might be quite some time before someone has time and interest in updating that section. You seem to already have interest, so you just need to find the time! Don't worry about breaking things as nothing is ever permanently broken. If you "break" something, just stop what you're doing and get in touch with any of our list of 18 Administrators on their talk page, via email, or most quickly on our Discord chat server. Thanks and happy editing! DDOstream (ContribsMessage) 08:37, October 17, 2017 (EDT)

Caught in the Web[edit]

Have you actually tested what you wrote that you do not need to kill Lolth? It's been a while, but as far as I can remember, as long as Lolth is alive, there is a teleportation barrier at the exit portal that gets you a negative level and teleports you back making it impossible to leave. A quote from the page: "During both Lolth fights, there are teleporting barriers preventing you from avoiding the fight. Touching one of those silvery barriers will drain one level and teleport you to Ana's initial spot. The 1st barrier is at the start of the second north-east island (where a mistress, 2 driders and 2 draegloths were). The 2nd barrier is just behind the barrier that the portal keepers maintain (so if you kill all the keepers and try to escape, you'll be teleported all the way back). The barriers go away when Lolth goes away making both Lolth fights mandatory." Faltout (ContribsMessage) 20:48, January 16, 2021 (EST)
