Category talk:Weapons with non-standard crit profiles

Broken[edit]

User:JJMC89 For me, at least, this page lists all of the relevant items (I presume), but no other information about them. Hoopy Froodle (ContribsMessage) 12:20, September 16, 2017 (EDT)

Exclude lemons[edit]

I'd like to subclass this (or replace it) with C:Weapons with exceptional crit profiles, excluding those with an exceptionally poor crit profile, e.g. I:Bottled Fear. Is there a way to do this with a script, rather than editing 200+ item pages manually? Also, does this category serve a distinct purpose, or should it be replaced? In case the motivation is not obvious, no one goes to a page like Exceptional Swashbuckler weapons in search of an inferior weapon. Hoopy Froodle (ContribsMessage) 12:02, August 30, 2020 (EDT)

  • Substandard? --Cru121
  • Of course. Maybe 'Superior' and 'Substandard', or 'Superior' and 'Inferior'. I just want to avoid the word Exceptional. MrLizard (ContribsMessage) 10:52, August 31, 2020 (EDT)
  • 'Superior' and 'Inferior' are used in game terminology as-well-as 'Improved', 'Greater', etc. Is there a specific reason to move this at all? If it's just for "search purposes" simply create a category redirect or post it on a non-category page and transclude what's in the category like a template.
