Hey, so, this doesn't drop from into the mists. It drops from Fresh-Baked Dreams. This should be updated both on this page and on the loot list for Fresh-Baked Dreams; I'm not positive that the Mist-laden Vestment drops from FBD. - Yeah, I can confirm that the MoF drops in Heroic ItM - new to the chain, was farming ItM, pulled 2 of them, that alt hadn't ever been to FBD yet. (Changed it, hadn't seen this page, my bad.)
